I spent Tuesday morning at the Capitol Theater here in Olympia. The Olympia Film Society was projecting the inauguration ceremony on the big screen. Mikrofest was held again this past weekend at two different houses. Over twenty regional bands performed. I wanted to see Angelo Spencer play, and caught a few other acts as well over the course of the night. Tonight, Angelo Spencer plays our house! More to follow….

I hosted another house show last week, on January 9th. The show was fun and mellow, full of beautiful noises and strange sounds used in very musical ways.
